dc.description.abstract The central objective of this study was to access the factors influencing inventory control system performance of the Medical Store Department Moshi. Study was guided by three objectives; to determine the documentation used on inventory control, to examine staff skills on the inventory control and to determine factors affecting inventory control system at MSD Moshi. Data were collected using interview, questionnaire, observation and documentary review guide and during data collection purposive sampling method was used. Both qualitative and quantitative methodologies were used to analyse data as a sample size of 30 respondents was used. en_US
