This study found that landing price positively influenced subjective wellbeing satisfaction of fishers given that, often and all the time during landing, the landed price of fish is determined by fishers and negatively influencing subjective wellbeing of fishers for the rarely and some of the time this landing price is determined by fishers. This study concluded that there is a significant change on the subjective wellbeing of fishers with significant changes in the landing price in the way it is determined by fishers around Lake Victoria, Tanzania. It is recommended action to be undertaken by fishers to reduce rarely and some of the time, capability in determining landing price in order to minimize negative feelings on landing price received by fishers.
